Michelle was the ‘Los Angeles Times’ Southern California Player of the Year at Crescenta Valley High School when she led her team to the CIF Finals in 1997, scoring 2397 career points. She was California’s Ms. Basketball in 1998, while being named CIF Player of the Year after being Co-Player of the year as a junior. She was co-captain of the USA Under 19 team that won the gold medal at the 1999 World Championships.

She went to UCLA and started as a freshman in the 1999 Bruin Elite 8 game against Louisiana Tech. The 5-9 Greco finished among the all-time Bruin leaders in points and steals before moving onto a WNBA professional career. She was Pac-10 All-Freshman and three-time All-Pac-10. She set a school record with 50 three-point makes in a season, including 8 in a game vs. Michigan State where she scored 36 points. She was part of the Seattle WNBA title team in 2004. She then played professionally in Italy, winning three series titles and getting to the finals of the 2009 European Cup. She also coached HS basketball at St. Bernard, and worked as Video Coordinator at USC. She was selected for the CIF All-Century Team.
