Jarron was a standout player with his twin brother Jason at Harvard-Westlake HS where the 6-10 twins led H-W to two California State Titles and a school best 123-10 overall record. He then became a two-time college All-American at Stanford for Coach Mike Montgomery as the Cardinal became one of the top teams in the country, including a trip to the NCAA Final Four in 1998. He is among the Cardinal all-time leaders in scoring, rebounding, field goal percentage and blocked shots. He played for 10 years in the NBA after being drafted in the first round by the Utah Jazz. He was an assistant coach for the Golden State Warriors, including playing an important role in their NBA title teams. He is currently with the New Orleans Pelicans and is a candidate to be a NBA head coach in the future. He was inducted in 2017 into the Stanford Athletics Hall of Fame.
